This weeks Timeless Tuesday challenge is for a Summer theme with sheer ribbon. Well, it took me a while to get in the mood for this one, as it's just coming into Winter here in Australia!! However, Flourishes Summer Blossom stamp set came to the rescue and I stamped the same image five times with Memento ink onto blending card and die cut two of them with Spellbinders Classic Ovals. While the card was still in the oval die, I coloured the background with BG10 and all the rest with the copics listed below. Then I die cut a piece of Cherry Cobler (Stampin' Up!) with a larger oval and layered the image piece onto it. The background papers are from On The Sunny Side paper pad (My Mind's Eye) layered onto the Cherry Cobler cardstock. I cut out the centre flower from two of the other images and added them with foam tape to the oval piece and then cut out the two flowers and leaves and added them to the bottom left corner with foam tape. The sentiment is also from the Summer Blossom set. Finally I added some white organza ribbon and bow.
Copic Colours used were: Y21, Y35, Y38, R22, R24, R89, E33, E27, C1, C3 and G82, G46 desaturated with C1.

Pink Butterflies
This weeks Timeless Tuesday challenge is to feature Butterflies and, coincidentally, the challenge at Scrapbook Boutique this month also features Butterflies with the colours pink, yellow and white. So this is a two for one card! I started with pink cardstock and layered on a piece of white cardstock embossed with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and border punched with Martha Stewart's doily lace punch. I chose the beautiful image from Flourishes Spring Blossom stamp set, stamped it with Memento ink onto blending card, coloured it with copics and die cut it with Spellbinders Classic Ovals. I then die cut a piece of the pink cardstock with Spellbinders Lacey Ovals and added the image piece with foam tape. The two small butterflies are cut with a Spellbinders Flying Beauties die and the large one with a Cheery Lynn's Exotic Butterfly mini die. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments set (Stampin' Up!). Lastly I added some white pearls to the butterflies.
Copic Colours used were: RV00, RV02, RV04, RV52, RV55, Y00, Y11, Y15, E13, E17, YG11, YG13, YG03, YG63.

Tres Chic
This weeks Timeless Tuesday Challenge is to use Black Accents. Well, I thought that called for a "chic" kind of card (especially after seeing those sneak peeks - Ooooo, that set is calling my name already!!). I started with black cardstock and layered on paper from Spring Jubilee ( Pink Paislee). Then I die cut the Eiffel Tower piece and the corner pieces from black cardstock with Spellbinders French Frills set, and adhered them to the background. I stamped the shoe from Flourishes Feminine Charm stamp set with Memento ink onto blending card, coloured it with copics and die cut it with Spellbinders Standard Circles. Then I die cut pink cardstock with Spellbinders Lacey Circles and adhered that to the image piece. I finished by adding a black stitched ribbon and bow and put the image piece on with foam tape.
Copic Colours used were: R81, R83, R85, C1, C3, C5, C7.

Cream and Chocolate
I made this card for Flourishes Colorful Creations Challenge which has creams, browns and dusty pink. Well, they are pretty colours, but a bit of a departure from the norm for me!! However, it IS meant to be a challenge and I found that I really enjoyed it. I chose the beautiful image from Flourishes Hydrangeas stamp set, stamped it with Memento Espresso Truffle ink onto blending card, coloured it with copics and cut it out. The background paper is from Bridal Shower DSP (Clover) layered onto chocolate brown cardstock. Then I die cut some fawn cardstock twice with Spellbinders Labels One and layered them onto the brown cardstock, adding the sentiment from Flourishes Tag Lines with Versacolor Pine Cone ink. Some cream lace, champagne pearls and then the image on top with foam tape and my card was finished!
Copic Colours used were: R01, E13, E25, E27, E29, E41, E43.

Garden Birthday
I made this card for this weeks Timeless Tuesday challenge which is called "It's All In The Date". A list of every month in the year is provided, each month has a different challenge, and we are asked to use the challenge for our own birthday month. Well, I was an October baby so my challenge was to use two or more flowers and something clear. I couldn't resist using my new Flourishes Garden Gate stamp set (it has lots of flowers!) so I stamped the gate image with Memento ink onto blending card, coloured it with copics, and cut it into a square. Then I used Spellbinders Labels 26 and Classic Squares to make a frame from metallic gold cardstock. I put a square of acetate under the frame for the "glass" for my "something clear" and I deliberately allowed a little bit of reflection to show in the photo so it could be seen! The background paper is from Garden DSP (Crafters Choice), layered onto light blue cardstock. I punched some white cardstock with Martha Stewart's doiley lace punch and layered that onto more light blue cardstock and adhered it to the left side of the background. I added some paper flowers with brads and then a notched tag stamped with a sentiment from Flourishes Just Because stamp set.
Copic colours used were: B0000, C1, YG11, YG13, YG17, YG03, YG63, YG67, Y11, Y13, Y15, RV00, RV02, RV04, E11, E13, E17, E19.
