Timeless Tuesday challenge is for a card that opens in a non-traditional way, so after a lot of deliberation, I decided to make my first Easel Card! So, for this auspicious occasion, I thought I should use the biggest image I could find, which was this gorgeous bunch of flowers from Flourishes Spring Bouquets stamp set. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto blending card, die cut it with Spellbinders Decorative Labels 8, coloured it with copics and adhered it to purple cardstock die cut with Spellbinders Labels 8. I constructed the easel from lilac cardstock and then made the inside using papers from Love In Bloom DSP (Clover), purple cardstock and a punched border which holds the easel in place when the card is open. I stamped the sentiment, also from Spring Bouquets set with the Memento ink directly onto the pattterned paper and my "non-traditonal opening" card was finished!
Copic Colours used were: RV10, RV13, RV21,BV000, BV01, BV02, V12, V15, V17, YG11, YG13, G43, G46.
