I made this card for this weeks "Peep of the Week" at Power Poppy. This time, I chose to use the gorgeous Countryside Bouquet digi image. The background papers are from Sky's the Limit paper pad by My Mind's Eye. I layered the aqua floral piece onto coral cardstock (which looks a little darker than the real life one in this photo) and then I layered the coral chevron piece onto white cardstock which I had punched along the bottom with a Martha Stewart border punch and wrapped aqua spot ribbon around it. Then I die cut the coral cardstock with a Spellbinders Marvelous Squares die then some aqua cardstock with a Spellbinders Scallop Circle. The image was printed onto blending card, coloured with copics and added to the scallop circle then popped on top of the square with foam tape. A bow finished it off. Not my usual choice of colours, but quite pretty, I thought.
Copic Colours used were: BG11, BG13, R00, R01, RV00, RV02, G43, G46.
Thanks for visiting!
